Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from us, you must meet the following criteria:
– **Age**: You must be at least 21 years old.
– **License**: You must possess a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the rental
period.
– **Insurance**: You must provide proof of valid personal or business auto insurance. Our
insurance serves as secondary coverage.
– **Payment**: You must provide a valid credit or debit card for payment and deposits. A
security deposit may be required based on the type of rental.

2. Reservation and Payment
We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, cash, or through invoice links. The total
rental fee, including any applicable taxes, fees, and deposits, must be paid at the time of
reservation or upon vehicle pick-up.
– **Deposit**: A security deposit may be required at the time of vehicle pick-up. This deposit
can be placed via a credit card hold or cash.
– **Late Returns**: A late fee may apply if the vehicle is returned later than the agreed-upon
return time.
– **Additional Fees**: Charges may apply for additional services, such as vehicle delivery
beyond 10 miles or failure to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.

3. Insurance and Liability
Insurance is included but is secondary to your personal insurance. You are responsible for
any damage to the vehicle or theft during the rental period. If damage occurs, you may be
liable for repairs, a deductible, and any other costs not covered by our secondary insurance.
We strongly recommend purchasing additional coverage through Allianz Travel Insurance,
which provides further protection.

4. Vehicle Use
You agree to the following rules when renting a vehicle:
– **Authorized Drivers**: Only individuals listed on the rental agreement are authorized to
drive the vehicle.

– **Prohibited Uses**: The vehicle may not be used for racing, off-road driving, towing, or
any illegal activity.
– **Driving Under the Influence**: Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or
drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement
and additional penalties.

5. Fuel Policy
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented. Failure to do so will
incur a refueling fee.

6. Damage and Theft
You are financially responsible for any damage or theft of the vehicle during the rental
period. In the case of an accident, you must report the incident immediately to us and local
authorities, if necessary. Any applicable insurance will be secondary.

7. Cancellation and Modifications
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to
your rental pick-up. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
By renting a vehicle, you consent to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use,
and store your personal data. We will not share your information without your consent,
except as necessary to process your reservation and fulfill our legal obligations.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes
arising from the rental agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Broward
County, Florida, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be
posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after
such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
